At Nashwa Chocolates, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we only accept returns if the product you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@nashwachocolates.com.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased on clearance are non-refundable.

  • Opened or partially consumed chocolates cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
