1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we only accept returns if the product you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@nashwachocolates.com.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased on clearance are non-refundable.

Opened or partially consumed chocolates cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the return is due to our error).
